Lughnasadh, also known as Lammas, is a Celtic festival celebrating the beginning of the harvest season, traditionally observed on August 1st. Celebrations often include feasting on the first harvest, baking bread, making corn dollies, and participating in athletic games and competitions. It’s a time for gratitude, community, and reflection on the bounty of the earth.
