Mabon, celebrated on the autumn equinox, is a time of balance, gratitude, and preparation for the darker half of the year. This year’s Mabon coincides with a New Moon, blending the harvest’s reflective energy with the New Moon’s power of fresh beginnings. While Mabon invites us to honor what we’ve gathered and release what no longer serves, the New Moon encourages planting new intentions—making this rare overlap a potent moment for both closure and renewal. It’s a perfect day to align gratitude for the past with hope for what’s to come.
